Why is my esky honeybee (RC Helicopter) not powerful enough?
i got my honeybee yesterday, and have only had about 15 mins of flight altogether. So far the heli does not have enough power to take it above about 2 feet. Also when it gets that high, which takes full throttle, it falls slowly, until its skimming along the floor.
Notably, if i leave the heli sitting on the floor (battery still plugged in) for about a minute, the next takeoff is a little more powerful, and then the same symptoms continue.
I originally thought it was the battery, but i have charged it twice for 2hr10mins each time and still no result.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance
If you just got it return it or call support it sounds like you lost one cell of your battery, and it’s not putting out enough power. or the motor is bad or to tight to the main gear.you should only need to charge it for 80 minutes for 20 fly time. but if it’s new call them hopefully it is a good company that will stand behind their stuff one other thing if you bought it used the main motors are only good for 7 to 10 hours and need to be replaced. because of the heat and power they put out
